Long live single click!

We've released a new version today that completely removes all double-click actions from the application. From now on, navigation will take place through single click only.

Partner Programme

We have released a new version of our online accounting software, with the introduction of our Partner Programme for Accountants and Bookkeepers.

Pricing for Partners is only £5 per month (per company), with no additional fees, upfront costs or long term contracts.

Partners can also replace the default logo with their own, reinforcing their brand when clients are logged in.

Price List Items for Products and Services

We have released a new version that allows users to create Price List Items for their products and services. This allows you to easily add line items to your Invoices and Credit Notes for products/services that you regularly invoice, so that you dont have to manually enter all the details for each line item.

We will be adding more features to this section, such as the ability to track the historic sales of each Price List Item. If you have any requests, then please let us know!

Extra fields added to each Organisation

We have added extra fields to each organisation's address. You can now specify a region (such as state or county) and the country for both the trading address and registered address. In addition, you can also specify you own fax number.

All of these extra fields will print on the PDF invoices, credit notes and statements.

We'll soon be adding similar fields to each customer/supplier.

Improvements to the PDF printing of invoices, credit notes and customer statements

In line with the extra fields added to each organisation, we have made some minor improvement to the PDF. Firstly, the extra organisation fields have been added to the address section, so your region, country and fax number can now be printed if you wish. Also, extra-long item descriptions will now break onto the next line instead of being truncated.
