We are just putting the finishing touches to the billing section, and making some minor vat report modifications.

Hello,
The system can automatically cater for an unlimited number of business accounts (called Organisations in Accountsportal). These are all available from the Settings > Organisations tab.
Switching organisations is fast and easy. Please see http://www.accountsportal.com/docs/help/change-active-organisation for more information.
There are two ways that this can be managed:
1. Each user sets up on their own organisation, and adds you as an additional user to their organisation; or
2. You, as the accountant, set up each organisation, and then add each user to their own organisation.
