PayPal Integration

AccountsPortal now has PayPal integration! This means that you will no longer need to manually import your PayPal data - once you have set up your account, we will automatically download and process all of your PayPal transactions once per day.

Did we mention that there is no extra cost associated with this? Zero, zip, nada.

Import PayPal files

We have enhanced the power of the existing Bank Statement Import feature by adding specific functionality to manage the import of PayPal files. Login to your PayPal account, export your transactions in CSV format and then import them into AccountsPortal. Its that simple! Your PayPal fees associated with certain transactions will be automatically split into separate transactions during the import process.

Include a PayPal link on Sales Invoices

Including a PayPal link on your PDF sales invoice can assist customers to pay directly to your PayPal account. Clicking the link opens the PayPal website and prompts the customer to make payment.

Go to the Settings tab and click on the appropriate Organisation. Insert your PayPal email address and fill in a Link Text and/or activate the logo for display.
