-Users can now delete a customer or supplier, as long as there are no transactions with that customer/supplier
-For new General Receive/Spend Money, the first line item amount will automatically default to the Amount Received or Amount Spent.
-The Bank Transactions table now only shows Spent or Received, and does not show a zero for the contra item.
-Users can now edit or view a transaction in the Customer Statement by double clicking any line item.
-If a Bank Import Rule is amended whilst a bank statement is open, then the bank statement will immediately refresh to reflect any changes to transactions based on that rule.
-Users can now specify -None- as an option in Bank Import Rules for all dropdowns (with the exception of Type)
-When Matching an existing transaction via the Bank Import tool, then only one transaction can be chosen.
-Fixed a bug where viewing underlying transactions in a vat report would give an error if there were no underlying transactions.
