You have the flexibility to invite unlimited users into your account to collaborate on your data, and the person that holds the subscription has control over who has access and what they are able to do.
We provide access to AccountsPortal through a login and password. We recommend that you use a unique and strong password.
We encrypt all data that goes between you and AccountsPortal using industry-standard 256bit SSL. Your data is also encrypted at rest when it is stored on our servers, including for backup purposes.
All of AccountsPortal services are hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS), who is a tier-1 hosting provider. AWS has robust physical security controls to prevent physical access to the servers they house. These controls include 24/7/365 monitoring and surveillance, on-site security staff and regular ongoing security audits. See https://aws.amazon.com/security for more information.
Software access to the servers is strictly controlled by firewalls, IP restrictions, security keys and "elevated responsibility" principles.

AccountsPortal has been designed from the ground up to perform at scale. We use high performance infrastructure that we can easily scale as demand increases.
We perform regular off-site backups to help ensure that your data remains safely stored. All backups are encrypted at rest.
