We have made some subtle design changes to modernise the look of the Customer Invoices, Credit Notes and Statements. We have also enhanced the functionality and control when generating the PDF documents you send to your customers. For each organisation, you can now specifiy which Name and Address details are printed in the Header and Footer sections of the printout.
For example, you may prefer to correspond with your customers using your Trading details which differ from your Registered/Legal name and address. Assuming you also make use of a logo, the following settings would suite your organisation:
If you use your own pre-printed stationery, then set all the options to 'None'.
These controls are maintained in the organisation's Settings.
